Quality Policy

The Office Management and Executive Assistant Program:

❖ Aims to establish a "Quality Management System" in line with the vision, mission, core values, and goals of our university and vocational school.

❖ Strives to adopt and promote quality awareness as a program culture in collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.

❖ Seeks to use the human resources and physical assets of the program effectively and efficiently.

❖ Ensures the participation of all stakeholders in our education and training, research and development, societal contribution, management system, and service processes, in accordance with current and future needs and expectations.

❖ Aims to be a program focused on continuous quality improvement, embracing research, innovation, and human values.

❖ Works to enhance the satisfaction, sense of belonging, and commitment of all stakeholders.

❖ Commits to a transparent, accountable, responsible, and ethically compliant management style, which is adopted as the "Quality Policy."
